As winter came, few years ago, the ladies in our area went to buy their favorite long-johns for winter warmth. They found the silk designs had changed, as well as others. They weren't happy with what they were finding.
When I found the Cleste Stein products I thought they might be the answer. So far they seem to be.
S/M fits people who are 4'10" - 5'7" and 90 - 155 lbs
M/L fits people who are 5'4" - 6' and 140 - 195 lbs
1X/2X fit most of the rest of us.
